If you want to build a memorable company, you have to fill it with memorable people. Extraordinary people-people who go the extra mile-people who wake up with smiles on their faces. After all, the first line of contact is going to be with one of your people. So, make the most of it and “knock the customer’s socks off”.
Employees need to buy into the company branding program. They need to “get it” and to represent the company’s brand properly every day. Sometimes, unfortunately, not all employees can see the light, so changes are needed to insure uniform brand presence. To get employees on the brand wagon often requires incentive programs to motivate them and to show the importance of the brand story. Continuing programs, regular updating and fun cultures can help keep employees motivated and on the same page.
Your employees are your WOW! ambassadors. You need them to be in the trenches and wowing your customers every day. That’s how you build a brand that your customers can’t do without.
